Step one · Guided Self Exploration

Somewhere to think out loud, with someone qualified to think alongside you

Ten weeks, one to one, where everyone begins. This is a casual exploration of yourself through psychology, neuroscience and Islam, and for many people it is the first time in their life they have looked at themselves this way. There is no curriculum and no homework: you bring whatever is sitting with you that week, and the practical constraints of your circumstances are taken into account throughout. Along the way we find where your relationship with Allah actually stands, which is what the Tawakkul Mindset later builds on.

What we work on

A casual exploration of yourself

For many people this is the first time in their life they have looked at themselves properly, with someone alongside them. There is no curriculum and no homework. You bring whatever is sitting with you that week.

Psychology, neuroscience and Islam

What you are feeling gets explained in terms of how the mind and the nervous system actually work, and the Qur'an comes in as something that adds to you, kept accurate to what the science genuinely supports.

Built around your circumstances

The practical constraints of your life are part of the work from the start, so whatever we find is something you can actually do inside the circumstances you have.

This step

Everyone begins here You bring what is sitting with you, and we start from where you actually are

The three programmes are taken in this order, because each is built on the one before it. Where you are in the journey, and whether to begin with the first ten weeks or commit to the whole journey, is worked out together on the free consultation.
