Services
Muslim Psychology Limited provides psychologically and neuroscientifically informed coaching services designed for Muslims, delivered through The Shukr Mindset framework. Sessions are conducted online via video call by a coach assigned to the client by Muslim Psychology Limited. Our services are coaching — not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.
Booking the discovery call
Discovery calls are free of charge. There is no booking fee, deposit, or payment required to schedule a consultation. To help us prepare and to filter out non-serious bookings, the booking form asks a few short qualifying questions.
Rescheduling. Rescheduling your discovery call is free at any time. We ask that you give us at least 3 hours' notice where possible so the slot can be released to another client.
Punctuality. Our representative will wait on the call for 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. If the client has not joined within this window, the call is treated as a no-show. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect your ability to book future consultations. If you anticipate being late, please notify us in advance at bilal@muslimpsychology.uk so we can accommodate where possible.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Coaching packages are paid in full at the start of the engagement — we do not offer monthly, weekly, or instalment billing.
Coaching packages — session structure
Coaching is sold in fixed-duration packages (see the Investment section of our homepage for current options). Sessions within a package are scheduled at the frequency associated with that package (1×, 2×, or 3× per week). Each session's slot belongs to its specific calendar week. Sessions not taken during their scheduled week — for any reason — do not roll over into subsequent weeks.
Session attendance
Sessions must be attended at their scheduled time. If a client does not attend a scheduled session without providing notice, the session is considered delivered.
Punctuality. Clients are expected to join each session on time. If you anticipate being late, please notify your coach in advance of the scheduled start time via email or your existing communication channel. If the coach has not been informed of a delay, they will wait on the call for 5 minutes from the scheduled start time. If the client has not joined within this window, the session is treated as delivered and is not eligible for reschedule or refund.
In the event of a documented medical emergency or bereavement, Muslim Psychology Limited will make reasonable accommodation on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule sessions as follows:
- More than 48 hours before the session: unlimited free reschedules.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before the session: one free reschedule per calendar month. Additional reschedules within this window result in the session being forfeited.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: rescheduling is not available — the session is considered delivered.
Rescheduled sessions must take place within the original package duration. They do not extend the engagement beyond its end date.
Cancellation & refunds
Coaching packages may be cancelled at any time by sending written notice to bilal@muslimpsychology.uk. Refunds are calculated as follows:
- Sessions already delivered are charged at the standard single-session rate of £197, regardless of the discounted per-session rate within the package. The package discount is earned by completing the commitment.
- The session(s) scheduled for the current week — whether attended, missed, or not yet held at time of notice: counted as delivered and charged at £197.
- The balance of the package fee (the amount paid less sessions charged at £197) is refunded.
Refund timing. Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days of receipt of the written cancellation notice, to the original payment method used at purchase.
Single Session. The one-off Single Session (£197) is non-refundable once the session begins.
Digital products
Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered digitally after payment. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the download link has been sent. Physical books purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return policy.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Muslim Psychology Limited, and any coach operating on our behalf, will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a credible risk of harm to yourself or others.
Intellectual property
All methodology, frameworks, protocols, and proprietary content relating to The Shukr Mindset remain the intellectual property of Muslim Psychology Limited. Clients receive a non-transferable, personal-use licence to apply the teachings in their own lives — they may not teach, resell, or commercially reproduce these frameworks.
Clients retain ownership of all personal information, stories, and content shared during sessions. We will not use, reproduce, or share client stories publicly without explicit written consent.
Recording & transcription
With your informed consent, sessions are transcribed and summarised. These summaries are used to make your growth journey clearer and more visible for both you and your coach — tracking progress, surfacing patterns, and informing the work ahead. Transcriptions are held in confidence under the same terms as the rest of this agreement.
Client conduct
Muslim Psychology Limited reserves the right to terminate the coaching engagement without refund in cases of: abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards the coach or any representative of Muslim Psychology Limited; material dishonesty during onboarding or coaching; repeated bad-faith no-shows or cancellations; or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the coaching relationship. In such cases, any refund is at the sole discretion of Muslim Psychology Limited.
